03/12/2013 2:37PM moved Vikki and Milah to a less populated FASMail Server. Calender displays faster but still fozen when switch from Calendar to Mail

not sure, but it's fixed now Moved all the users to the less populated FASmail server.  
VPN VPN stopped working on Mac OSX 10.5 computer after the upgrade. Asking IT if there is any solution for this.

I replied with two error message images and metioned OS X 10.5 is not supported based on UBC IT setup document
03/14/2013 8:24PM Sent the solution for OSX 10.5 and WinXP certificates error.
I forwarded the email to Janis, hope it can help her solve the problem.
  Mac 10.5 users can still use VPN, however, they have a different method of installation:

As for the Windows XP user, have you tried going to the website on that error message ( http://www.verisign.com/support/roots.html ) and download: Root 3 VeriSign Class 3 Primary CA - G5 ?
Please try downloading that missing component and try installing/connecting to VPN again.

Site License Home Use Program code is not working on HUP website Paul de Leon Email to site-license@it.ubc.ca INC0125059 04/12/2013 11:13AM 04/16/2013 8:37AM Received email from them and said the HUP code is working again.
I tested with my email and the code, it's working now.
