ran Windows Update and Office Update
created an account called EPCOOP
configured Firefox and Thunderbird mail client
installed HP LaserJet 4300 PCL 6 and PS driver with Standard TCP/IP Port: 142.103.151.247
mapped network drives (E: \\COOP-SVR\COOP, F: \\COOP-SVR\COOPDATA, G: \\COOP-SVR\COOPLOCK)

NOTE: make sure SC7 IP address is allowed through the firewall for mapping network drives. EPCOOP account currently exist on both servers PHAS and COOP-SVR.
