PROBLEM:

Scan-to-email doesn't work.

Maillog snippet on beta.phas.ubc.ca:
Sendmail did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to TLSMTA


RESOLUTION:

Go into service mode and change the ports from 465 to 587.

1. (*) 28 (*) to go into service mode.

Note that the '(*)' is the Additional Functions button not the regular '*' button.

2. (*) 2 for level 2

3. Copier -> Option -> Body

4. Change the ports from 465 to 587 for the following entries:
a. SMTPTXPN
b. SMTPPRXPN

5. Press the ON/OFF button
