PROBLEM:

User can not add items to Oulook Calendar.

Most times when the user tries to enter a new calendar item, the following message appears:
"The item could be be saved to this folder. The folder has been deleted
or moved, or you do not have permission. Do you want to save a copy of
it in the default folder for the item?"

The help message associated with this error says:
"Usually this error message appears when your mailbox has exceeded the
size restriction of two terabytes. Or, you have possibly exceeded the
mailbox size limit established by your administrator.

The Outlook system tray icon shows this message:
	"Unable to start processing services."

RESOLUTION

Turn off Skype (and remove Skype from startup).
